A Getaway to Bhandardara- Randha Waterfall

Image
From the rush and bustle of Mumbai, a quick getaway away from the city was needed. For Mumbaikars, some close Konkan destinations are always preferred short-trip destinations. But we decided to go to Igatpuri. While holidaying in Igatpuri, an expeditious plan of an overnight stay in Bhandardara transpired. As camping is currently one of the most popular adventure sports. We decided to camp and enjoy the fireflies festival. Due to the presence of woods and wildlife, Bhandardara is a place that attracts a lot of visitors. There are several sites to see during Bhandardara camping, including a tranquil lake, hills, waterfalls, forts, dams, and valleys. These are excellent camping locations that offer a rejuvenating experience. We had a lot of confusion about camping bookings because it was very windy so many campsites weren't taking bookings. After a while, we finally booked a lake-side camp.   So the next afternoon, we grabbed a cab from Igatpuri and travelled straight to Bhandardara.

Everything you would want in a top vacation spot is in abundance in Ooty, including ideal weather, inexhaustible natural beauty, top-notch resorts and accommodations, and, of course, a wide variety of attractions. This charming little town provides numerous unforgettable experiences, from Rose Garden to the well-known Nilgiri Mountain Railways. Every ardent tourist should visit this stunning hill station in Tamil Nadu at least once in their lifetime. What really intrigued me about this trip was the idea of travelling by road, taking in all the breathtaking views along the way, listening to the rustling of the pine trees, and taking in the sight of endless tea gardens.   A word about Ooty:  Ooty has gained the title of "Queen of the Hills" or " Blue Mountains" for its charming location amidst lush green countryside and year-round temperate temperatures. The Queen of Hill Station is quaint and serene and is located in the state of Tamil Nadu at a height of 2200 me

Meghalaya- The House of Clouds

Image
The state of Meghalaya in The North-Eastern region of India is one the most beautiful state. Meghalaya is also known as the adobe of clouds. The word “Megha” is derived from the Sanskrit word "cloud" and Alaya means "adobe". It is one of the tourist attractive states in India. The capital of this state is "Shillong", which is also named as the "Scotland of East" by the British imperial authorities. On the northern side lies Assam and on the south lies Bangladesh, which is also called one of the seven sister states of the North East of India. It was formed by carving out the two districts from the Assam, united Khasi hills, Jaintia hills, and the Garo hills. Many states in India follow the rule that the inheritance of the family will be descendent to their sons, but not in Meghalaya, where they follow the matrilineal system. The youngest daughter of the family inherits the family properties as well as take care of her parents. Eco-park, Cherrapu
